Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful training environment, please review and follow the rules below: Registration & Check-In ✅ Sign up online – Please make sure to register yourself and any guests in advance so we can accommodate everyone properly. ✅ Check in at the door – Our staff will have a sign-in sheet with your name ready at the door! ✅ Arrive on time – Sessions start on time, and late arrivals disrupt the flow! Please try your best to be on time. Session Format & Gym Etiquette 🎯 Session Duration: Your booked time slot is 45 minutes. If you arrive late, you are welcome to join your booked session for the remainder of its duration. 🚪 Our space is limited! We want you to feel at home here, but when your session concludes, please gather your belongings and move out of the workout space to make room for the next group. ☕ If you arrive early, please wait – have a seat in our waiting area or step out for a tea or coffee at one of the nearby cafes. Do not join an ongoing session. Facility Use & Safety 🎒 Store coats and belongings in the designated coat racks and cubbies after you sign in! Please leave outside food wrapped and in the waiting area or in your cubby. 🚫We encourage family fitness, but we cannot supervise children. You are welcome to bring your child if they are old enough to participate in a session! 🤸🏽 No Freestyling – We love your creativity! However, our bars are custom-made and not meant for freestyle movements. Click here for a map of nearby parks that have calisthenics equipment, where you can practice skills however you’d like. 👩🏾🤝👨🏽No Solo Workouts – these are community sessions, where participants train together, foster respect together and face challenges together.
